hzyz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the hzyz website accessible at hzyz.onl and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount credited to an Account by hzyz pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole operating currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by hzyz before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 7 of these Terms.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which these Terms apply.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The hzyz Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. hzyz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the hzyz Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hzyz does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is legal in any particular location. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or who have requested permanent account closure.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of hzyz or any of its software or payment partners, where such persons may have access to information that could provide an unfair advantage.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual in order to circumvent any restriction listed in these Terms.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Where hzyz identifies that a player holds more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — hzyz reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all pending bets associated with those Accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein, including deposited funds that have been used in breach of this rule.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting, casino, and payment services on the Platform, you must complete the hzyz registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hzyz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hzyz immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

3.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms. hzyz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where inaccurate information is discovered, and to void any bets placed or winnings accrued during the period in which false information was held on file.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

hzyz is required to conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address in Bangladesh; and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

hzyz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major Bangladesh bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. hzyz reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with or without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. hzyz does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which hzyz accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. hzyz reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your Account settings. hzyz reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operational requirements necessitate this.

4.5 Funds Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your hzyz Account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal activity or unlawful source. hzyz reserves the right to freeze Account balances and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this warranty.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by hzyz are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms constitute the framework within which all bonus-specific terms operate. In the event of conflict between a bonus-specific term and these General Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail only to the extent of the conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer communication. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the time period specified in the offer communication will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance without compensation. hzyz will endeavour to notify players of approaching bonus expiry via the registered contact details on file.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

hzyz takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through patterns including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, will have their bonus balance forfeited and their Account reviewed for compliance with these Terms. hzyz's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any given time unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. If a player deposits and claims a new bonus while a prior bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete, the prior bonus may be forfeited at hzyz's discretion.

6. Betting & Game Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

hzyz reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the Platform experiences a technical error at the time of bet placement; or there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet is placed in breach of these Terms.

6.2 Cricket & Sportsbook

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (including the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI, and FIFA). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the hzyz sportsbook help section. Live in-play bets confirmed before an incident occurs will generally stand subject to the Platform's discretion.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles on the hzyz Platform are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. hzyz does not control individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for player losses arising from normal game operation.

6.4 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or software fault affecting a game round or bet settlement, hzyz reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the player's Account. Winnings paid as a result of an obvious error are not considered valid and may be reclaimed by hzyz.

6.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and player tier. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. hzyz reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific player Accounts where necessary for operational or risk management purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hzyz Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorisation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.
• Systematically placing offsetting bets across multiple Accounts or platforms to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers (arbitrage abuse).
• Engaging in any conduct that hzyz reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hzyz Platform — including but not limited to the hzyz brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of hzyz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of hzyz.

Game content, including game mathematics, graphics, and audio, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of game content outside the Platform interface is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

hzyz does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free of technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary Platform unavailability. hzyz accepts no liability for losses resulting from such unavailability.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, hzyz's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hzyz Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hzyz is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, network failures, or the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by hzyz

hzyz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been breached; the Account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; KYC verification has failed or been refused; or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the hzyz support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Pending bets placed before termination will be settled in accordance with these Terms unless the termination was due to a breach, in which case pending bets may be voided at hzyz's discretion. Sections 7, 8, 11, and 14 of these Terms survive Account termination.

13. Amendments to These Terms

hzyz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, hzyz will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.2. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at hzyz.onl/terms-conditions.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hzyz operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

hzyz is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh as a consumer of online services.
